Yes, but
free medical care. A mother in law of my friend lives for many years with 4th stage of cancer (multiple metastases). She's got a free surgery in a "dirty Russian clinic", she receives free chemo and radio (ray) treatment + free pills. She lives a normal life, plays with grandchildren and spends the summer time at her
dacha. And she pays ZERO for that. How much will you pay for 5-6 years of life with the terminal stage of cancer in your "clean American clinic"? I bet you would sell your soul to Satan to pay the bills (yes I saw "Breaking Bad")
The same applies to HIV, hepatitis, diabetic and other dangerous diseases. The treatment is free here (including the drugs). Even if you need a surgery to remove an appendix or you has broken arm or all bones in your body. If you need an ambulance transportation, and x-ray or anything else which is critical for your health (no, fake boobs are not included

), it will cost you zero. What about your country, peasant? $200 for an ambulance and a pill of aspirin for 40 bucks?
Just FYI: Here in Russia we have a paid (private) medicine too. The only difference to the US one is that our commercial medicine is 10x-100x cheaper. And we don't pay a single ruble for something like your Obamacare. Now swallow it.
P.S. A couple of years ago some idiot has broken a bottle of my friend's head in a street fight. So he was delivered by the ambulance to this dirty Russian clinic:
https://sklifos.ru/ (yes, you can click it to see how dirty the clinics here are ;)) A wound was stitched up and he was released to home. Guess how much he did pay for all of that?
