He wouldnt testify because even if he manages to get out of this trial with voodoo magic he still faces another trial on the Ukraine shit.. Meaning anything he said on the stand can be used against him in the next trial.. Same if there is a mistrial on this current one.. anything he said can be used against him..
Still amazing though that he had no witnesses to support his claims.. guess no one likes him enough to lie for him..
