That's what you see as a human user, search engines aren't redirected, they see an internal page with a video. You can try adding noredir=1 in the query string to see the video page.
I did that because I noticed higher conversions when redirecting the user to the network instead of keeping them on my website. But Google still need to see these pages, because that's where the content lives.
