Ok so you have no links to prove your point.
The Grammar Book says nothing about "traditionally", or officially, using a male subject pronoun, object pronoun or possessive pronoun by default in
their pronoun section.
BTW, two of my best writers are non native English speakers and their English is better than mine, not to mention their creativity. My question about your country was in reference to the tradition of using male pronouns by default. I was in no way implying that your English skills are dependent on your country of origin or native speaking tongue
