I work for myself so I only make more when I work more. A friend of mine who works for an engineering company said he is seeing about $150 a month more. However, inflation in our state has gone up almost 4% in the last year and gas is up about 50 cents a gallon from where it was about a year ago so he isn't actually seeing anything more.
