Meaning you sell one or two you are probably ok, but you try to start printing out lower receivers and selling them at the flea market or on some website and you will be going to jail very fast.

You can not legally build a gun with the intention of resell. Legally, you have to build it for your own use. It can then later be resold, but you can't build it specifically to sell it.

Meaning no one is gonna be printing off plastic guns and selling them with out a license.
