Man, don't you understand that those are just toys. They are not guns at all. You can shoot once or twice and that plastic 3d joke will be destroyed (nice if it won't take your arm off). A kitchen knife is much more dangerous thing. Do you want to forbid it? What about cars - a weapon of serial killer and a terrorist (no jokes here)? Man, we can't forbid everything.
