AFAIK it's a paid procedure in the States in contrast to Russia, New Zealand, EU, Israel etc. The fags like you get an absolutely free anti-viral therapy (believe me or not and Google is your friend). The same applies to cancer treatment etc. Course nobody will live forever with it, but at least here in our "dirty clinics" you will have a chemo and ray therapy to prolong your life for at least 5-10 years. In the "Braking Bad" movie this will cost you 100's of dollars while in "dirty Russian clinic" it's absolutely free. Yes, every fag like you can treat his cancer or AIDS... for wait a minute.
