After 10 years of having someone else act as my webmaster, I have come to the conclusion that I should have insisted that they show me how to do some of the basic stuff on my site.

Causing lots of headaches. I need someone fluent in [editing] Wordpress themes that doesn't mind showing a quick learner how to do some of this stuff.

Not really sure the difference between plugins and widgets, for example.
