Brought it up to the contractors this morning as they were finishing up. They stated when the toilet was installed on the composite flooring, the toilet was sealed from underneath. I pay the bills - The contractors (who I've had for years) do what they do. They advised me that caulk will look like crap.

It looks really nice. I'd use clear silicon caulking. Dust , debris & hair is going to fill that space if caulking doesn't
