You are looking at one thing with out looking at the entire picture. You don't mention any of the rhetoric Trump said leading up to that. This is the same tactic most of the Trump supporters use to make excuses for him.. They use only the negative toward Trump but never the entire picture of what lead up to that moment. It's not a vacuum where Trudeau came to that point from a single moment. It built up over time from Trump's previous comments & actions..
