It's the same logic Robbie used to blame Obama for not being able to make deals with Republicans in Congress.. You can't make deals with a unwilling party.

You have to have 2 willing parties who will stand by their deals once made to make a deal. Trump is not willing to make honest deals in the 1st place and what he has made he reneges on with in weeks on multiple occasions.

I think it's not fair to blame other world leaders for Trump's inconsistency and constant twitter tantrums.. As a result the rest of the world is moving on with out the US. Trump will cause harm to our country for years to come just like Reagan did..
