Hello you, guys.

Thank you all for your reactions/responds/comments and let me say a few words to you all.
We will be more than happy to help you with every single one of your issues, but first we need to know the username you're using with us. It's impossible to identify you from the nickname you're using here. Come out of the dark and step into the light and we'll help you from there.
But first I'd like to say that the most common issue is that people do not read the terms and conditions properly, but when wasn't this an issue, right? Please, read it thoroughly, focus on the dates and the small print. (Just kidding, there is no small print. Or is there?)
The second most common reason is a mistake in the invoice, so proofread before you send it, it will save us both plenty of time. Also, you don't want to be laughed at by our office workes for typos. (Kidding again, we never laugh.)
And be assured, all the emails you send us are being read and answered. Sometimes it may take some time, but even our support people are just people and need a break, a weekend or a holiday, so please be patient.
