What Trump said & did was a hell of a lot more than "looks". He gave allegiance to Russia over America. He also believed Putin over his own intelligence agencies, American patriots.

What you wrote is a projection, you can project anything, and persuade yourself about anything. It can be rational, irrational, downright insane, works the same in every case - and brings the same self affirmation.
