The intel agencies have presented no evidence of Russia hacking into the DNC or Podesta's emails. Was there evidence of "meddling"? Sure, they bought some Facebook ads for pro-Trump pages AND for Anti-Trump pages, even going as far as to organize large anti-Trump rallies.
