Its simply called 'BehindTheOverlay' and is available for chrome or firefox. It simply removes any overlays at the click of a button...
How is this useful? Well being outside the UK I'm targeted constantly with a GDRP related popup about cookies and privacy, every time I hit a new site after clicking a newslink or similar on GFY.
I cant just close it, and it wants me to accept cookies and see what they are gonna be used for etc, and it can take a few moments to do. On a site I visit regularly, thats OK, but if I'm only gonna go there just the one time, to read one thing, who cares?
So I just click remove overlay, it disappears, I read article and I'm on my way. Simples...
Anyway, I just thought Id let everyone know about this, as I find it very useful. Just google BehindTheOverlay and it will be the top result
