Do you know what the problem is? The problem is that an even simply HIV test is a paid thing in land of the free (sounds crazy, but that's a truth - yes and yes, the american citizen has to pay for it). You can't do it for free like in Russia. So your paid stats have no relation to the real HIV epidemic level. I tell you more, peasant. In Russia as in any other 1st world country, any HIV+ person does receive a 100% free anti-virus drug treatment. Surprised? That's because you live in a 3rd world country. Obey or die.
