Because we don't have to pay for anything. These babuchkas have got their apartments/home for free. According to wikiedia, almost every Russian family has at least two homes (apartments in the city and a dacha), We don't pay for medical treatment, high education etc. The Russian police does not shoot at us and at our pets. So why we shouln't be lazy? Dude, we just live for our own and we don't care for the 3rd world countries like yours.
