Joe Arpaio is a power hungry nutjob just like Trump He was having his police officers (not ICE agents) illegally detain American citizens & American legal residents because he "thought they looked illegal" the worst cases of racial profiling ever, he was told to stop, he didn't, he continually arrested American citizens because he thought "they looked illegal".
