Well here's the thing: our axis is tilted, as noted, causing seasons. We have a condusive atmosphere. But the biggest reason "we are here"?
The Moon.
Our Moon is hollow (it clanged like a bell when an object was dropped on it), is made of material NOT from the Earth (thus eliminating the "moon was created after a meteor hit the Earth" theory) and is significantly older than the Earth. Therefore, life could not exist without another Moon-like satellite controlling tides etc. So far we have not found anything like our Moon anywhere else in the Universe.
Conclusion: the Moon was brought here and put into orbit. Probably by a soon-to-be-extinct race of people(s), perhaps from Mars. We never see the dark side of the Moon and that's where the most evidence for this theory exists.
I buy it completely. We ARE alone - sort of - and being genetically modified at certain key points of our development by whoever the fuck is up there hiding out (and observing us) from inside the Moon.
Yes, this makes me, technically-speaking, a "lunatic". LOL
