23 or less in the House, and any republican gains in the Senate, and the democrats will self-destruct for 2-3 years until they purge the identity politics, welcome the poor whites, decry socialism, and focus on poverty reduction rather than social justice.
I don't have the slightest idea which way it will go, it all depends on turnout.

The Electoral College was created to not annoint a POTUS like Trump, instead, they overruled the will of the people and annointed Trump POTUS. 538 elites overruled the will of the people. That's the beginning of fascism in America and a challenge to our Democracy.
