Neat connections to this trump investigation (not saying this one side or the other, just interesting there is a lot of same connections)

England hires former spy to look into how Russia got the World Cup that spy?

Christopher Steele, yes the same one of the dossier.

Steele finds some shady shit showing shady shit, he brings it to people in the UK who want nothing to do with it (Mostly because no real soccer country wanted to piss off Fifa)

Steele hears that the FBI is really looking to prosecute international wire fraud cases and that type of shit, it is one of the objectives of then Director Robert Mueller.

Steele contacts an agent in Brooklyn who knows nothing about soccer, but knows that case will be something Mueller wants to go for. So they take it and through investigation they flip Chuck Blazer and American who was taking bribes and voted for Moscow to win the world cup, Blazer lives in NYC, Guess what building???

Years later Steele gets hired to spy on the Russians again and finds some alarming evidence of Trump collusion, he gives that dossier to the same FBI agent, that's where we are.

Just interesting stuff, Steele was the one who brought down Fifa, so now my stance on his Trump Dossier has changed.

It all just needs to run the course.. If the investigation comes back and states something like Trump's people made some inappropriate meetings but we found no wrongful intent or doesn't charge him, then I can accept that so long as the investigation in allowed to run it's course.

What gets me, is we have all these shady connections and meetings on one hand, but then the actions of Trump firing Comey, trying to dismantle the FBI and Justice dept. His blatant attempts of cover up makes the Russian thing go from smoke to fire in my mind.

If Trump simply had some shady business dealings with Russians or whoever resolving around his business, I could probably let that slide. It might be illegal and might be some risk, but it's kinda typical of people in his position. However all these meetings about campaign related things is a different story, because at that point it goes from meetings about his business to meeting with foreign powers and him getting kick backs like we've seen from China with his daughter and the loans to his construction project. (what is fucked is all the China and Saudi related things aren't even part of this investigation so far as we know at this point.. Meaning there could still be more coming)

The investigation needs to run it's course and let the cards fall where they fall, because if he is in a position to be black mailed we need to know it.. As Reagan showed us why..
