Yes I have. I had to go into the bank to verify ID before getting it too. Amex sucks now just like Chase sucks now, but go ahead and act like a baller and brag, not my style. No shade , I like your style, enjoy!
I will say Chase is great when I go into my branch down the street on PCH A+ quality customer service, but over the phone sucks Phillipines
