why are you giving him a free pass to abuse animals just because he lives an hour from a city? aus prides itself on being "THE outback". If this happened in backwoods Louisiana USA, he'd be labeled a redneck retarded animal abuser, you certainly would not give him a free pass because he's an outback idiot.
