You know how crop circles have stalks of corn laid down in circular patterns? That's how the trees - full grown trees - were laid down in a circle around this house. All stripped bare of their leaves and most of their branches, but laid down perfectly around the house like a crop circle. Cool as hell.

that's really not strange for a tornado at all. they are a very strange breed of storm. they'll tear apart an entire farm, then rip all the paint off a house, but leave the house standing. then go a few miles down the road and toss a combine into the next county.
just think for a minute how much a combine weighs
