It is not the strategy - much of what you are seeing is the result of the strategy.
The strategy is not for people to "hang themselves" - that is a possible result of the strategy.
You know about Admiral Mike Rogers, I have to assume. What do you think he went to Trump Tower for? Any thoughts on that?
