This is happening everywhere; It's no longer even news any more.
Last year we had a murder. Ex-boyfriend type was stalking his GF who had moved one hundred miles to get away from him. She dropped her kids off at school, came home, and he was waiting for her in the garage. Shot her dead. She was armed too. Damn sad.
