I am the owner of a femdom members website. (URL name is the same as my username)

I am looking for someone to work with my webmaster (& developer) to make some adjustments to my website. Overall I like the look and feel of it, but I think there are some improvements that could be made.

Im looking for someone with experience in designing adult websites for optimal performance and conversion rate (someone who has used conversion rate software.)
