You don't seem to understand what free speech is or what the 1st amendment says..

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

I bolded the important part so maybe you can figure it out.. Well fuck you probably will still not figure it out.. The 1st amd only stops the Govt from infringing on your speech. Private parties and or corporations, groups or whatever can very much sue you for slander, defamation and so on..

You are free to say what you want, but sometimes that comes at a cost if it harms someone else..
