the lawsuit seeks monetary compensation for the families, again i hope he's a huge dumbass and left his real money maker out in the open, otherwise there is no legal jeopardy of a total web and radio shutdown of alex jones due to defamation of character, first amendment you know.
I don't believe you can just get someone's domains and radio show etc simply due to defamation. Now if he loses and can't pay, then they can potentially try and come after assets but that relies on the plaintiffs playing their cards exactly right in the trial as well as other matters. But as scurrilous as alex jones is, I'd imagine he's got his business entities firewalled, only the best legal teams could get through it. but maybe he is really dumb.
