It doesn't. I don't think he understood exactly what you were positing.
Right now, I can only assume onwebcam is posting for bragging rights when it turns out he's correct - which he will be. The obvious problem I see is that he's too far ahead of the curve and misses some steps in making the case. You can't just tell people "HERE! and HERE again!" - especially at GFY where the troll farm projects it's weakness onto others.
The OIG report is going to come out and it's going to be almost as ugly as Mrs. Bladewire. The crockett's will be forced to shift their narrative. Then the criminal referrals will start happening - and they will shift again. Then the indictments, courtesy of John Huber - and by that time, most of the sane will understand what has happened. However, the hopelessly lost will still be yelling, "But muh Trump sucks!" - while the voters tell them what they think.
