Well, it turns out that husband and wife shared some electronic devices. And the wife worked for a second person - and information, wanting to be free as it does, happened to be on those devices when they were taken in under the search warrant. And that information was seen - and duplicated. A certain NY attorney general was kind of in the way but has since found other things to worry about very recently.
