2 assholes hi jacked a 57 yr old Luiz Carlos dos Santos Perez in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The 2 robbers shot him in the leg after threatening to kill him for his motorbike. Giving his bike up, the police has named the 2 suspects as Franklin Maia de Oliveira André, 22, & Felipe de Souza Valeriano, 25.
