ATMs dont charge currency conversion fees. The only thing that they "might" do, in some countries, is they may charge you some steady fee for withdrawing money. It depends on the bank owner of the ATM. Like I said, it's just in some countries and some banks.

So as far I understand, while withdrawing, you will gte charged 2 usd + 2,5 % currency conversion, thats all.
