Your example is bogus, yes, the cops would be called and they would be arrested and removed as they would be breaking the law.

Making employees taking 'sensitivity training' or whatever they are calling it isn't racially motivated it is a straight up HR move and is used for anything like this. Violence in the work place by a SINGLE employee? they will make the entire company take anger management classes or something similar. Sexual harassment by a single asshole in your building? You'll be having to do an online course or maybe one in person in the coming months. It's how companies protect themselves for legal liabilities and has nothing to do with any social cause in the least. It's to protect their assets, simple as that. Turning it into a man against women thing, turning it into a black against white thing? Is small minded... Looking at the bigger picture makes things more clear and less personal.

by taking it as a personal attack on your race, religion or manhood only spreads divide. It is also why Russia keeps injecting this stuff into peoples favourite non certified news blogs. A divide in NATO nations is their only shot at getting sanctions lifted, at least in Putin's mind.
