I'm confused why isn't your host deleting these messages for you. We don't allow these messages to reach customers on our servers we send that shit back to the fucker with the following:

a potentially executable attachment "your_details.pif"
This form of attachment has been used by
recent viruses or other malware.
If you meant to send this file then please
package it up as a zip file and resend it.
