That's why you have traffic enforcement. However on those sites there is zero enforcement to prevent it from happening.

You upload stolen video on Xvideos, it gets striked down. You upload a few pics and a link to download that you profit from on a forum and nothing happens.

I'm just trying to wrap my head around why nothing gets done about it.
