Anyone else having this problem when accessing funds on Choice Bank Mastercard?

"insufficient funds" - despite the account showing a health 4K.

I recently made a couple of small purchases that have never been deducted so I don't know how much I have available. Tried a refresh - no luck - still shows 4K

Can't help thinking it's a scam - make no deductions, then while the account still has credit - close it down.

If you have credit in Choice Bank - cash out now!
