Well, this is the first time I actually have a problem with them, really - about this new card and having to figure what to do - then closing the account without explaining. Never had a bad experience with them, except having to accept the time required for them to process external card withdrawal from account or getting back the money from refunds to the card they issued to me. So I wonder what is going on.
