But I already got an email that a new replacement card will be shipped to me. Why would I have to request and pay the fee, when I was told it will be printed shipped free of charge as a replacement? I do not get it. If I request a card, what if I get 2 cards this way? The one they said they would send, and the one I would request. Why would I need 2 cards then pay the fee for both next year and once for the one I am requesting this year? Or... To cancel one of them. Please... I need some real clarification. Should I request a new card? What is going on with the card I was told by email I am supposed to receive?
