Seriously... Where is my replacement card? I only get emails that the so called replacement card will be sent to my address but I don't even see it in the cards list in my account weeks after that. Started a ticket. It was closed without an answer. Opened it again - no answer. Not able to reach Ruth. Please explain yourself, Paxum peoples...
