Problem is that you have also said around mid April that new cards would start going out the week after, that turned out to be -

Thing here is that it is really hard to know what part of what you/Paxum say is true and not, since several things in the last weeks have turned out to not be as you say. There is one timeline or expected time said, then it's broken and no explanation as to why and no new timeframe is set either.
