It clearly says "business days", which is interpreted as normal weekdays, Monday-Friday. Regardless if you work weekends yourself, those days are not counted in the banking world when referring to "business days". Tomorrow is Tuesday, that would normally have been the 10th business day after the 24th of April - however - May 1st is a public holiday in many countries and it could very well be the case for where Paxum's card printing takes place, meaning it would be yet another day to reach the 10 business days.
