Negotiations might involve numerous countries but the threats and the provocations are only coming from the American Presidents direction, the verbal ones well that's just Trump being Trump, but the military ones are a concern, usually there would be a collation of forces to deflect the blame should a "situation" arise. Trump has basically drawn a target on DC and said, "Go on take a shot", then I refer you back to Bolton's comment, no deal.. "We strike first", and this is all going to playout in the next two months.
