You shouldn't act on it, if its a danger to yourself or others. Redirect that energy into something positive or beneficial.

As with any addiction where there's potential for harm, you can hit rock bottom and end up like her. She has the next 11 years of staring at a brick wall in a prison cell to look forward to.
And its a sad waste. Because, with all her obsession and passion for this kind of kink, she could have redirected that energy into writing and starring in some majorly fucked-up fantasy porn genres which would have probably been groundbreaking in that niche. The greatest works of art stem from the most burning passions of the soul. But she chose poorly. Took the wrong path.
Through her actions, she's demonstrated having such little regard for the life and safety for another person. So I doubt her fellow inmates will demonstrate much regard for her life and safety in her forthcoming years in prison.
Choose wisely, not poorly.
