I agree on the liberal comment as well. I need a better word, because technically I am a liberal on social issues and a cross between libertarian and anarchist on others. Definitely not a Republican - they get almost everything wrong. A common sense approach with the emphasis on the rights of the individual would be my preference. Republicans pretend that is their platform, but it's not true.
