Actually in today's Adult landscape most people are paying 6-9 months revenue. In mainstream you can ask for 18 months - 2 years. I have bought adult sites, I know what I am talking about. A big reason is with newly-acquired sites you need some maintenance to keep traffic/revenue at those levels and that tends to die off quickly after a sale.

Besides, I am assuming your sites are affiliate sites yes? If you were a Program Owner with exclusive content then yes the price would be higher. But with affiliate sites, and switching so many aff accounts, it's less.

Hey I hope you get 50K+ for your site but in today's world I highly doubt it. Best of luck.
