About the Paxum feature "Withdrawal to one of your external Debit or Credit Cards" -> Which services permits to load funds from Paxum to their prepaid cards (VISA or Mastercard)? Someone can help with some example's services?

For example this works with cosmopayment.com's prepaid card?
(Here also fucked up because nobody received replies from them, and models that requested payout to their cosmopayment account never received any money) Possible SCAM?!
For example this works with payoneer.com's prepaid card?
I know that those cards were issued by Choice Bank but seems that all payoneer users not performing any issues with their cards, only cards given from FCP.
SO:
Paxum Card -> need to wait until... i don't know, 1-2 weeks or more before is possible again request a new card for users that are not already card-holders.
Cosmopayment.com -> seems to be a SCAM, some one received payment there or their card?
EPayments.com -> card not more available for new users.
Payoneer.com -> is back to support adult payments? IMLIVE announced that will use Payoneer as payment method.
in these hours someone talking about epayservices.com, someone know it?
