No contact info on their site other than a generic contact form. When you attempt to signup, you are redirected to cardportal.com which seems to be a whitelabel (intercash.com) card issuer. So the product, as it stands right now is not even their (Cosmo) own. Doing a search on intercash.com, I find that there are cases where users are not receiving the cards, etc. As far as I can tell, they have no financial services licenses which should make anyone concerned. I know too many people that were burned by ePassporte..
