So I have been sorting through some of the old stuff I kept on hard drives, alas my record keeping back then isn't as great as it is now... But bottom line I do not expect to get the money owing to me, as I said AFSC is still run by the same people... so why would I lol...
It looks like the original deal was actually done in 2011, maybe even 2010 (Yeah I know shit records) I have an invoice here for November 2011 where Keith tells me to send the invoice in the name of Anthony Simone, and the company name Moviesets.net Inc... and spins me some story about funds from DVD Advance coming in...
But I believe that's the invoice for the remaining 50%... $6000. I am sure I will still have the original invoice somewhere and will endeavour to find it, so I can work out the date the original deal did actually take place...
I did also find a email to and from Loryn Taylor who I believe was like a sales Rep, knowing the company they probably gave her a super cool title, like Corporate VIP Sales Director... There's also a guy called Tristan Brewer in the email, who I believe was also a cog in the AFSC company...
The email was dated Feb 5th 2012, and I mention in it that the money ($6000) has been owing for over 2 years at this stage
Tristan mentions some company Platinum X and the owner Ralph Ceglia as one of the buyers of the content I'd sold, and that a deposit was due to be paid... not sure if they are still about today, but going to drop them a line as got his supposed email here... I seem to remember having a rather interesting conversation before with Ralph, but cant find the emails, so definitely need to chat to him again if he's still about...
The email bounces about a bit, Keith gets involved for a bit asking what's owing (yes even after over 2 years) even om 26th October 2011 (so in theory after having the content for over 2 years) there is no mention of not paying lol...

Shortly after this however when the monies were still not forthcoming, the insults started... Yes the company past and present seem to be good at making insults, real profession... Anyways Loryn ducked me for a while, said she'd been hacked... then came with the ultimatum, I either took $2500 of the $6000 or get nothing... I did stupidly agree to the conditions, as it was a bad time for me financially (fighting the fight, grinding away and all that) so I took it... cant remember how quickly it turned up, but can confirm they did pay me...
So do I expect to get my $3500, hell no... do I expect sympathy, not really I am way too big and ugly to worry about hugs... Do I expect to get a few sales because of this exposure, hey business is business so that would be a bonus lol... but that's not the reason I am doing it... companies like this should not be allowed to do what they do, as a community hopefully most feel this way...
